• Operational data, including transaction details, record details, and supporting information related to the purchase and sale of rubber raw materials.
• Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, log data, and technical diagnostic data needed for app operation and troubleshooting.

• To provide login access and user authentication, including OTP verification.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the functionality of the application.

• To support map-based features, including polygon drawing, geographic data display, and location-related processing.

3. Camera, Files, and Media Access

The application may request access to your device camera, photos, media, or files in order to let you:

• capture photos for operational use,
• upload supporting documents,
• attach files to records, and
• submit images and documents to integrated document platforms such as SharePoint or Microsoft Office 365.

This access is used only for application features and business operations supported by the app.

4. Location and Map Data

The application may process map and geographic information, including coordinates and polygon areas, to support operational features related to mapping, land area visualization, and business records. Google Maps or related mapping services may be used within the application.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary for the operation of the application, including with:

• internal authorized personnel and affiliated business units,
• service providers and technology platforms used to support the application,
• SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, or related cloud/document management services used by the organization,
• mapping or infrastructure providers required for app features, and
